DEXTER AI LLC (DXAI) is a cutting-edge FinTech firm headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming. We are creating a purpose-built, AI-powered blockchain protocol designed to solve one of the world's most persistent and underappreciated financial inefficiencies: the fragmentation of global loyalty and rewards ecosystems.

Our Story
Founded in 2023 by Dexter Thompson, the journey began with the acronym DEXTER — Digital Exchange for Tokens & Earn Rewards. Initially built on Ethereum's ERC-20 protocol, by mid-2025 we pivoted to create a niche loyalty ecosystem using the Cosmos SDK. Today, DXAI continues to build with discipline, adding new features to our smart contract infrastructure and expanding the ecosystem.
